　　2010年春节前，吕中琴接到家中电话，上高中的大儿子染上感冒，后来转成肺炎，高烧不退。吕中琴的心一下慌了，但还有八九个老人等着照顾，基本脱不开身。好在很快又接到家中电话，孩子化险为夷。吕中琴说，这几年在敬老院工作，春节不能回家，心里很有些愧疚。
　　窗口一有人影晃动，91岁的朱春盈老太太就会定睛看上半天。固然家里人前几天刚来过，但她还是愿望有人来看她。

　　北京老龄人口达两成

　　来自甘肃的吕中琴在敬老院值夜班，她已五六年不回家过年了。“想起来心里也有些好受。”吕中琴说，家中的父母年纪已高，好在身材还结实。每天在敬老院为老人们洗脚、擦洗身子、喂饭，可回过火来想想，她还未给父母洗过一次脚。每年6月麦收时，吕中琴要回家帮忙。在那20多天假期里，她抢着干完家里所有的活，不让父母沾手。“想过要给父母洗一次脚吗？”面对这个问题，吕中琴忸怩地笑了，“不好心思，他们也不让俺洗。”

　　李福芹望着房间里的老人们，心中很有些感想。她认为，让老人安度暮年不光是老有所养，更要老有所乐。老人在某种水平上很像孩子，盼望人们多来看看他们，多陪他们说一些话。即便他们不明白说了什么，也听不懂你说了什么，但谈话就是有人关怀，让他们感到快乐。
　　目前，本市生活不能自理和生涯半自理的老人占总数的14%，共有32万人。按此比例，“十二五”期间，北京将有47万名老人需要护理型照料。这象征着今后5年内，北京对社会化养老服务的需要将大幅增长，特别是对专业化机构痊愈护理服务的需求将日益增长。
　　敬老院院长李福芹已在这里坚守了11年，她身边的工作人员差未几也有五六年没有回家过年了。在万户千家团聚的时刻，她们在陪着别人的父母，“实在都是父母。时间长了，我们和老人们亲如一家”。


　　当满城烟花齐放、爆竹齐鸣，坐落在明代古寺法海寺一侧的石景山金顶街社区敬老院里，却显出多少分安静。30多位老人，在这里渡过了一个安详暖和的春节。年三十晚上，老人们或静卧在床，或靠在轮椅上，工作人员为他们捧上了热气腾腾的饺子，阳痿自我治疗方法。

　　李福芹今年已经56岁，她笑言也行将迈入老年人行列。在敬老院工作的她并不讳言未来住敬老院。李福芹说，当初很多家庭都是独生子女，两个孩子要供养4位老人，压力很大，也许将来老人进入养老机构养总是一种必定趋势。


　　北京市60岁以上户籍老年人口已达226.6万人，濒临全体户籍人口的两成――2009年底的这一统计数据，标记着北京已进入中度老龄化社会。其中80岁以上高龄者超过32万人。到2015年时，北京的老年人口预计将到达340万人。


　　大年节夜，尚能活动的老人在工作人员的扶持下，集中到一个房间看春节联欢晚会。老人们没有太多娱乐方法，不少人多年卧床，甚至损失了语言功效，他们用眼神向人们表白喜怒哀乐。

　　大年初二，86岁的王重昭老太太一夜没有睡好。值班人员巡查时，还能模糊听到老人断断续续的哭声。她已在敬老院住了半年多，可一到晚上还是想家，特殊是这个春节，老人第一次在外过年。

　　“在敬老院工作几年，回家更孝敬自己的父母了。”52岁的工作人员马胜芹由衷感叹，看到身边的老人，就会想到自己的父母，甚至想到自己的晚年。

　　据李福芹先容，今年春节，像朱春盈这样在敬老院过年的老人有30多位，全是不能自理或半自理人员。他们有的是孤寡老人，有的因各种起因家人无暇照看。“在这里，我们要像照顾自己的亲人一样，让他们过一个温暖、舒心的春节”。
　　老人没牙，年夜饭只能吃“特制”的“八宝粥”
　　走进门的是金顶街社区敬老院院长李福芹。她照例要为老人梳头，陪老人说一会儿话。“过年啦，吃饺子好不好？”大年初三，在敬老院的食谱上，午饭是猪肉白菜水饺。李福芹盛了一盘饺子，用搅拌机搅成粥样，而后用勺一口一口喂老人吃下。“好不好吃呀？”“好吃！”老人一笑，脸便缩成了一团。

　　有的老人卧床久了，性格很火暴，有时需要3个人一起才干帮老人换一次衣服。很多老人思维已不太清楚，吃喝拉撒不能把持，需要工作人员仔细照顾。“这就是一份琐碎的工作，需要有耐烦，有义务心。”李福芹说，很多人到敬老院参观后，都会感慨服务人员工作辛劳，老人需要社会更多关爱。
　　“善待这些老人就是善待自己。”马胜芹文明不高，但她感到本人的工作是一种善举。天天准时为老人梳洗、喂饭，定时为卧床的白叟翻身，精打细算。

　　孩子病重，谁不想回家看看？但8、9个老人谁管？


　　除了心里的快乐，没有牙齿、味觉退化、语言才能退化，卧床不起的老人还须要什么？咱们无奈给老人更多的时间，就在有限的时光里给他们更多快乐吧。

　　金顶街敬老院范围不大，住着四十余位老人。十来位老人节前被家人接走，大多数留在这里过年。


　　老人不睡，值班人员也不敢休息。她们抚慰老人，陪老人说话，直到老人安静地进入梦乡。
　　李福芹十分感激跟自己一起工作的九个姐妹，她们付出的辛苦，也许是很多老人的家人也难以做到的。每隔两小时为卧床的老人翻一次身，做推拿。每天为老人洗脸洗脚，擦洗身子……马胜芹说，敬老院里十几位卧床不起的老人，住了几年没有生褥疮的。许多老人运动都不便利，大便都很干燥，工作人员还要为老人做人工排便，“就是用手帮老人排便”。
